If you haven't yet taken advantage of the Tax Credit, you need to! Not only has it been extended to April 30, 2010 (or until June 30, 2010 if you have a binding contract by April 30, 2010) - but now repeat buyers can also qualify!
If you have lived in your home for 5 out of the past 8 years - you may qualify for the repeat homebuyer tax credit. The value of the credit is 10% of the sales price of your new home up to $6,500. First-time homebuyers can qualify for 10% of the sales price up to $8,000.
